Items included in the CMP are listed below:
Main Meeting Room
Set up in the style of your choice for the appropriate number of guests. Additional function rooms are available for a separate room rental fee. Room includes up to four clothed and skirted 6′ or 8′ tables for uses other than seating (registration, displays, etc.) Additional tables are available for an extra fee.
One projector screen, one podium with wired microphone, and one flipchart with markers. Additional audiovisual equipment is available for a per day fee.
Freshly brewed coffee, assorted hot teas, water, and assorted soft drinks replenished throughout the day.
Display of seasonal fresh fruits, selection of freshly baked bagels & breakfast pastries, granola, and yogurts.
- Add $4 per person for eggs, bacon, sausage, and potatoes
- Add $1 per person for each of the following: eggs or potatoes
- Add $1.50 per person for each of the following: sausage or bacon
Whole fresh fruit and a selection of granola bars.
A full hot lunch buffet consisting of Chef’s choice of salads, a selection of entrées & accompaniments, a sweet treat, and lemonade or iced tea.
Whole fresh fruit, a selection of candies, and fresh baked goods.
Pencils, notepads, masking tape, and candies.
Coordinates all planning needs prior to and during the conference.
Service charge included in package pricing.
20-person minimum group size. CMP pricing is subject to applicable Washington State sales tax and includes a 20% taxable service charge. Of that amount, 13% will be paid directly to your service personnel.
